The Follow-Me Camera Set includes the Follow-Me Camera Box, a Marshall miniature camera and 3 lens options. This is used to provide a camera image into the Follow-Me system for remote follow spot control and as to provide a live overview of the performer tracking in progress. The Follow-Me Camera Box is a sturdy case that allows you to keep your camera in the truss. The camera can be easily mounted on top of the camera box, with a 360° ball joint head.

The back of the camera box can fit two cables, one power con in, as well as a XLR-5 specifically for remote camera menu control in the Follow-Me software. The XLR-5 cable goes straight into the Follow-Me Rack Server as to enable camera control. This for example allows the system technician to enable infrared on the fly. The camera box comes in a set including the Marshall CV506 camera and 3 lens options.

Camera and lens types

In the Follow-Me Camera Set, you receive a Marshall CV506 camera with 3 lens options. The three lenses are selected for a variety of performance area size: 2.3mm, 2.8mm and 4.0mm. More lenses are available on request.

All lenses are calibrated in Follow-Me 3D, allowing you to have calibration points projected right where they are supposed to be in the software. Follow-Me takes into account the lens distortion and the parameters of the camera, allowing you to quickly set-up your Follow-Me system.
